Daniil acquired a law degree from the University of Tartu. He has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2014 and in 2017 he joined the Management Board of the Estonian Football Association. As of 2019, he also acts as a Member of the Legal Committee of UEFA.

Madis has acquired legal experience in a range of different areas. He has represented employers in the labour dispute committee for 20 years and helped solve more than 100 labour disputes. As an approved arbitrator of the Council of the Court of Arbitration of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he has taken part in the resolution of tens of disputes arising from private law relationships both as a member of a collegial body and individually. In addition, Madis acts as the Sworn Advocate conciliator of the Estonian Bar Association to resolve disputes out of court. Over the last 20 years, he has also taken part in the work of the bank AS TBB Pank as a Supervisory Board Member and Chairman.
Madis graduated from the School of Law of the University of Tartu cum laude in 1991. From 1989-1991 he also studied political science in the University of Helsinki. He has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 1992.

Erkki-Leev Ventsel is an experienced civil rights lawyer who primarily handles disputes arising from labour law, law of obligation and commercial law.
Erkki-Leev has been handling disputes related to labour law, law of obligation and commercial law for over 10 years, first as a lawyer in PLUSS Architects and then in the law office Laus & Partnerid. He has also worked as a lawyer in the company Tuulaja OÜ, a legal support company of Saaremaa’s major corporation Tuule Grupp.

Maarja Saluste advises companies dealing with export or import as well as start-up companies.
She comes from a wide academic background: in 2011 she acquired a law degree from the University of Tartu, in 2013 she graduated from the University of Barcelona in international economic law and policy and in 2019 from the European University Institute in the field of comparative, European and international laws. At the moment, she is completing her doctorate in the European University Institute.
From 2013-2018, Maarja worked in the World Customs Organization, serving on different positions in the directorate as well as the departments for services and research.
